Pilot Program Terms of Service

Welcome to the Pilot Program offered by IT Resource Market, LLC. (“ITRM” "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in our Pilot Program, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully.
1. Program Overview
The Pilot Program is designed to provide clients with an exploratory trial period at a discounted price to experience our marketing services without the commitment of a long-term contract or high upfront or ongoing costs. This program allows clients to evaluate the effectiveness and suitability of our services based on their unique needs.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Pilot Program, clients must complete a preliminary analysis and a marketing needs questionnaire. Participation is subject to acceptance by the Company.
3. Duration of the Pilot Program
The full program lasts for 30 days, divided into two payment phases. Clients have the option to cancel halfway through the program, on the 15th day, if they are not satisfied with the services. In this case, the second phase payment will not be required.
4. Services Provided
We offer bundled service packages for clients to choose from, with additional services available at full or discounted prices.
During the Pilot Program, we will provide various marketing services as outlined in the package selected or the custom proposal presented to the client. These services may include, but are not limited to:

5. Fees and Charges
One-Time Fees:
Clients may incur one-time fees for specific services, such as account setup.
Discounted Rates:
All fees charged during the Pilot Program reflect discounted prices compared to our standard packages, providing exceptional value.
The Pilot Program is divided into two phases:

Phase 1 (Days 1-15): Clients will pay half of the total program fee.

Phase 2 (Days 16-30): Should the client decide to continue after the initial 15 days, the second half of the fee will be due for the remaining 15 days, completing the full 30-day program.
Upon completion of the 30-day Pilot Program, clients have the option to sign up for our full programs at regular prices or to create a customized plan based on their experiences during the pilot program.
Additional Fees:
Clients may choose to add additional services to their Pilot Program. Some services are a fixed fee and some may be discounted as outlined in the program details. Clients will incur additional fees for any requested services that involve external costs, such as paid advertising. These fees will be outlined and communicated separately.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide necessary access and information required for effective execution of services during the Pilot Program. This includes providing feedback on delivered content in a timely manner.
7. Evaluation and Feedback
At the conclusion of the Pilot Program, Clients will have the opportunity to assess the results and determine whether to continue with our services. Feedback from clients is encouraged and will be used to improve service offerings.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Pilot Program at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of any content purchased prior to termination.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content created during the Pilot Program remains the property of [Your Marketing Firm Name] until payment is received in full. The Client must prepay for any content to acquire ownership rights. Upon receipt of full payment, the Client will own the rights to the specified content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Marketing Firm Name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Pilot Program.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes prior to continuing participation in the Pilot Program.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Pilot Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
